The disruptions and changes sweeping across the world have not only shaken economic systems and frayed the social fabric, but also raised deeper existential questions about identity, purpose, and the role of education in an increasingly uncertain world. These profound shifts prompted a necessary reevaluation of the core purpose and outcomes of education.

Against this backdrop, GELC 2025 brought together education leaders to explore how schools and institutions can be reshaped to foster human flourishing in a tumultuous and unpredictable age.
