Lim Ming Pey joined Temasek in 1999. She is currently Chief of Staff in the Executive Office, Deputy Chief Corporate Officer, and Joint Head of Corporate Strategy. In addition, she is Chairperson for T-Touch, Temasek’s staff-led volunteering initiative.

During her tenure at Temasek, she has been involved in the firm’s investments in Financial Services, Technology, Private Equity and Venture Capital funds. In 2007, she transitioned to the Organisation & People function, supporting the firm in areas such as organisational development, staff engagement, internal communications, and change management. From January 2022 to March 2024, Ming Pey served as Deputy Head, Organisation & People.
