Dr Koh Chaik Ming is a Senior Research Fellow at National University of Singapore, focusing on food supply chain research. He is currently an Enterprise Singapore-sponsored business coach (Enterprise Leadership Transformation or ELT Programme) to many Singaporean multi-generational small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to assist with their strategic capability building, business model transformation, growth capital and business succession. He also teaches the Growth Strategies module and the Supply Chain module for the ELT programme.

He was formerly GM for Shell in Asia Pacific and China, served as first Shanghai Chief Representative for Temasek Holdings and the Asian CEO of the largest meat import platform in China. He is also an alumnus of the INSEAD MBA and Harvard Business School AMP programme.
