Mr Dinesh Vasu Dash is the Chief Executive Officer for the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC). He was previously with the Ministry of Health, where he led the Crisis Strategy and Operations Group and the Healthier SG Implementation Office. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dinesh oversaw critical functions, including contact tracing and testing, quarantine and isolation, community treatment facilities and home recovery. He was instrumental in leading Singapore’s COVID-19 vaccination push, which enabled Singapore to achieve one of the highest vaccination and booster rates globally. Dinesh also managed MOH’s operational strategy for the prevention and control of infectious diseases, as well as medical preparedness and response to civil disasters and national emergencies. For his efforts, he was among the 32 Singaporeans who were awarded the Public Service Star (COVID-19) award in 2023 by the President of Singapore. Prior to joining MOH, Dinesh was with the Singapore Armed Forces, where he held several leadership positions, including key roles in shaping the Ministry of Defence’s communications policy, operations and strategy.
