​Mrs. Lucy Toh was an HSP scholar at National Junior College, Class of 1989. She was awarded the President’s Scholarship in 1990 and attended Princeton University. She was a teacher of English Language and Literature before spending two years at the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. She returned to schools and served in various leadership appointments in different schools. She is currently Divisional Director, Special Educational Needs Division in the Ministry of Education.
