Workshop Description
 

This full day interactive workshop, specifically tailored for educational leaders, provides them with a comprehensive exploration of AI tools for education, with practical applications for leadership roles, including the latest developments and new GPT-o, as well as the development of custom GPTs for each school’s needs.

Participants will also be engaged in an analysis and reflection process regarding how to best implement AI in schools, including ethical and social impact of projected developments, and we will utilize these same tools to synthetize conclusions and recommendations in real time.
 

Objectives

1. Acquire Comprehensive Knowledge of AI Fundamentals: Participants will delve into the core functionalities and inner workings of AI technologies, including an exploration of current capabilities, potential future developments, and inherent limitations.

2. Deepen Understanding of AI's Impact in Education: The workshop aims to examine both the transformative potential and the ethical considerations associated with integrating AI into educational settings, ensuring leaders are prepared to navigate these complex dynamics.

3. Explore the Breadth of AI Applications: Attendees will explore the extensive range of AI applications pertinent to both students and staff within the educational context. 4. Develop and Implement AI Policies: A key objective is to empower leaders to formulate and execute comprehensive schoolwide policies regarding the use of AI.
